EXOTIC CARS

For the rental of any car from our fleet, the following documents/ conditions are required:
– The driver of the vehicle must be at least 23 years of age and have held the license for at least 2 years.
– The driver of the vehicle must be in possession of a credit card to bind the amount of the guarantee.
– Upon delivery of the car, the driver must bring his driving licence and identity card/passport which will be completed in the rental contract.

Of course you can upon valid communication and acceptance of any additional charges that may arise.

After 2 hours there will be an extra day charge.

Of course. In this case the car will be replaced with another car of the same or different category depending on availability.

According to the car rental law, it is strictly forbidden to leave the Greek border without our permission.

According to the conditions of car rental from the insurance company, the minimum age for car rental is 23 years and at least 2 years of license holder.

Exotic Cars accepts the following payment methods:
– Exotic Exotic Cars can accept payment of all payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover, American Express).
– Bank Deposit
– Cash

You can cancel your reservation in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. In case you do not show up to pick up your car, no refund can be given.

Unfortunately this is not possible. The cardholder must be the driver of the vehicle who will sign the rental contract as the driver.

The company is headquartered in Athens. However, all Exotic Cars vehicles can be rented throughout Greece, after consultation with our specialized staff.

All Vintage Cars are rented exclusively with a professional driver. The rest of the Exotic Cars vehicles can be rented without a professional driver.

Exotic Cars is ready to serve you all year round, 7 days a week, as well as on holidays.

There is no time limit. Exotic Cars vehicles are available for rent for a few hours as well as for a longer period, depending on your needs.

The payment of the amount can be made up to one day before the use of the service, by depositing the amount in one of the following bank accounts:

Exotic Cars transports you to and from the airport from anywhere you wish.

You do not need any further action on your part, except to choose the vehicle that suits your taste and we will take care of every detail.

For all categories of vehicles, the “lessee” must have a valid credit card.
The exact amount for which the “lessee” is requesting authorization is indicated below, and is also the amount of “liability” – guarantee in case of vehicle theft or damage, etc.
Upon receipt of the car, the corresponding guarantee amount will be charged to the driver’s credit card. This amount will remain blocked until the car is collected and inspected. At the end of the rental, the deposit amount will be refunded in full, provided no other charges are incurred.

– The amount of the car warranty is set as follows:
– Mercedes C-Class/ Mercedes Cla/ Mercedes Gla/ Jeep Renegade: 1.500 €.
– BMW 520/ Mercedes C-Class Cabrio/ Mercedes Vito: €2,000
– Mercedes E-Class/ Mercedes V-Class : € 2000
– Porsche Boxster Cabrio/ Audi R8 / Porsche Cayenne Audi Q8 : 4.000 €
– Volvo XC90/ Range Rover Sport: 3.000€

For any cancellation or change a written notification must be sent to Exotic Cars.

The cancellation policy for luxury car rental is as follows:

From October to March

• 20 days to 11 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded
• 10 days to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded
• 6 days before arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees apply

• 31 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded
• 30 days to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded
• 20 days prior to arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees apply
  
  

The cancellation policy for Chauffered services and private transfers is as follows:

From October to March

• Private transport:
• 24 hours before arrival: 100% of the payment is refunded
• 23 hours before arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees apply
  
  

• Guided services:
• 7 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded
• 6 days to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded
• 2 days before arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees apply
  
  

From April to September

• Private transport:
• 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the payment is refunded
• 47 hours before arrival, any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees apply
  
  

• Guided services:

• 15 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is refunded
• 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the payment is refunded
• 6 days before arrival, for any cancellation and/or no-show, full cancellation fees apply
